AITRICS is looking for a driven Business Development & Office Manager to lead our commercial growth in Hong Kong and support the day-to-day operations of our newly established office. As one of our first local hires, you'll play a dual role — driving sales and partnerships in the healthcare sector while keeping our Hong Kong office running smoothly.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive the full sales cycle for AITRICS' AI solutions — from prospecting and engagement to deal closure
•  Identify and develop relationships with target hospitals, healthcare groups, and key opinion leaders
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders
• Provide market insights and feedback to HQ to support product localization and go-to-market strategy

Office Administration

•  Support the setup and daily operations of the Hong Kong office as a founding member
• Handle general office administration including vendor coordination, facility management, and operational logistics
• Act as a liaison between the Hong Kong office and HQ on administrative and operational matters

Must Have

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the Hong Kong healthcare industry (required)
• Hands-on experience in office administration and operations (required)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese / Mandarin
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities in an early-stage office environment

Preferred

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Knowledge of AI or healthcare technology
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus
