工作描述

As our Associate Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (Rare Disease), you will attain pre-set sales and profit targets for our Rare Disease products through the effective management and leadership of the sales team, build strong relationships with both Specialists, to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

职责

  • Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to a team of sales force
  • Conduct effective coaching and mentoring sales force to maximize their potential to ensure high performance
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan for both HA & Private sectors by conducting territory/ market data analysis
  • Monitor progress towards sales objectives, promotional program effectiveness and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain key internal/ external customer relationships
  • Drive and provide clear direction to sales force in facilitating drug enlistment, reimbursement, and protocol change
  • Ensuring a clear and precise messaging on drug value proposition can be delivered to external key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner by sales force  

入职条件

Essential for the role

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • 5-8 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally with people management experience
  • Sales experience in Hematology, Nephrology, Neurology, and Pediatrics portfolio
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong goal-orientation, highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure

Desirable for the role

  • Min. 5 years of excellent track record in sales achievement
  • Innovative and able to develop effective relationships and networks
