• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop high-quality and compelling print and digital/video materials that accurately represent the Society

• Lead and oversee the development and production of corporate materials, including brochures, press releases, feature stories etc. for brand building and public engagement

• Develop engaging stories and scripts, ensuring content is accurate and resonates with diverse audiences, including members, industry partners and academics, across various platforms

• Support the presentation of policy research results

• Manage media relations, fostering positive relationships with journalists and media outlets.

• Support the Society’s events to ensure effective communication and engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Translation, Journalism or equivalent

• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, journalism, alumni/faculty office or institutional advancement

• Strong writing and copywriting skills in English and Chinese, preferably with some experience in tech, science or education content creation

• Attention to detail, with the ability to view and approach challenges from different perspectives

• Prior experience in corporate affairs and media relations preferred

• A more experienced candidate may be considered as Manager
