職責
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop high-quality and compelling print and digital/video materials that accurately represent the Society
Lead and oversee the development and production of corporate materials, including brochures, press releases, feature stories etc. for brand building and public engagement
Develop engaging stories and scripts, ensuring content is accurate and resonates with diverse audiences, including members, industry partners and academics, across various platforms
Support the presentation of policy research results
Manage media relations, fostering positive relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Support the Society’s events to ensure effective communication and engagement.
入職條件
Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Translation, Journalism or equivalent
3- 5 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, journalism, alumni/faculty office or institutional advancement
Strong writing and copywriting skills in English and Chinese, preferably with some experience in tech, science or education content creation
Attention to detail, with the ability to view and approach challenges from different perspectives
Prior experience in corporate affairs and media relations preferred
A more experienced candidate may be considered as Manager
