InnoHK Centre for Translational Stem Cell Biology (InnoHK CTSCB) leads global innovation in regenerative medicine, driving next-generation stem cell technology to achieve real-world impact. Through partnerships with the University of Hong Kong and the University of Cambridge and supported by the InnoHK initiative of the Innovation and Technology Commission, we transform pioneering discoveries into innovative applications and commercial successes.
Our patented Expanded Potential Stem Cell (EPSC) technology uniquely enables the generation of every human cell type, including embryonic and extra-embryonic lineages. 職責
- Perform single‑cell multi‑omics analyses (e.g., scRNA‑seq, scATAC‑seq, multi‑modal) and design/optimize analysis pipelines.
- Analyze transcriptomic perturbation datasets (e.g., Perturb‑seq) and develop standardized, reusable workflows.
- Construct gene regulatory networks (GRNs) based on perturbation data and related evidence.
- Conduct additional omics analyses as required by project goals and provide interpretable, actionable results.
入職條件
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in single‑cell omics data analysis, with publications as a lead or primary analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in developing bioinformatics tools and/or analysis pipelines.
- Background in machine learning/deep learning.
- Experience analyzing transcriptomic perturbation data (e.g., CRISPR‑based Perturb‑seq).
- Experience in GRN construction.
