Nan Fung Group is building AI systems that change how our property, life sciences and financial investments businesses operate. Holonic is the group's AI team, sitting under the CEO Office and forward deployed to different parts of the business.
As an AI Engineer Intern or Graduate you will work alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers on real problems for real users. You will build, test and ship components of production AI systems, sit in on business discovery sessions, and see your work land in the hands of colleagues across the group.
This is a hands-on role for people who like to build. You will be given ownership early, expected to learn quickly and judged on what actually gets used.
職責
- Build and iterate on LLM-based tools: RAG pipelines, agent workflows, tool/MCP integrations, evaluation scripts
- Prepare and clean data from enterprise systems and documents (OCR, parsing, structuring) for AI use cases
- Write evals and tests to measure whether AI outputs are accurate, safe and useful
- Prototype quickly, gather user feedback and refine with the team
- Support deployment on cloud infrastructure and help monitor systems in production
- Document what you build so colleagues can use and maintain it
入職條件
What we're looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate in computer science, data science, engineering, statistics or a related field
- Solid Python; familiarity with LLM APIs and at least one of LangChain / LangGraph / RAG / vector databases through coursework, projects or internships
- Evidence you build things — side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, competitions or a GitHub we can look at
- Curiosity about how businesses actually work, not just how models work
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you ask good questions and figure things out rather than wait for instructions
- Clear communicator; Cantonese and English
Nice to have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker or CI/CD
- Full-stack basics (React/Next.js, FastAPI) to ship simple tools end to end
- Prior internship in a technology, finance or consulting environment
- Experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks or AI coding agents
