Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing consultancy services on:
- Environmental awards/recognition schemes;
- Sustainability planning and management; and
- Environmental management.
- Participate in arranging promotion and publicity programmes
- Participate in promoting new services
- Support the development of business opportunities in relation to new sustainability standards and trends
- Maintain solid network with clients as well as government departments to strengthen partnership with customers and to drive for long-term cooperation
- Support the liaison with industry partners for enhancing effective implementation of projects
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from disciplines in Environmental Management, Business Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in environmental management, corporate sustainability, or event management
- Skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

- This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
