Hong Kong Life Sciences Society aims to nurture a vibrant community where life sciences students, researchers and entrepreneurs are well-connected with different opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Officer – Marketing and Events to join our team. In this role, you will help foster connections and deliver impactful initiates.

• Coordinate and execute various programs and events, including promotion, enrolment, venue and logistics arrangements

• Manage and monitor digital marketing platforms, includes creating social media content

• Prepare and develop marketing materials

• Provide administrative support, such as database management and handling applications and enquiries

• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event management, Business, Language Studies, or a related field; familiarity with digital marketing or event management is a plus

• At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to ad-hoc changes
