AITRICS is looking for a driven Business Development & Office Manager to lead our commercial growth in Hong Kong and support the day-to-day operations of our newly established office. As one of our first local hires, you'll play a dual role — driving sales and partnerships in the healthcare sector while keeping our Hong Kong office running smoothly.
職責
Sales & Business Development
- Drive the full sales cycle for AITRICS' AI solutions — from prospecting and engagement to deal closure
- Identify and develop relationships with target hospitals, healthcare groups, and key opinion leaders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders
- Provide market insights and feedback to HQ to support product localization and go-to-market strategy
Office Administration
- Support the setup and daily operations of the Hong Kong office as a founding member
- Handle general office administration including vendor coordination, facility management, and operational logistics
- Act as a liaison between the Hong Kong office and HQ on administrative and operational matters
入職條件
Must Have
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the Hong Kong healthcare industry (required)
- Hands-on experience in office administration and operations (required)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese / Mandarin
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong
- Comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities in an early-stage office environment
Preferred
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of AI or healthcare technology
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus
