Responsibilities
- 负责肿瘤等治疗领域的BD项目评估，包括流行病学分析，临床与市场价值，临床前与临床数据比较，市场竞争格局等;
- 主导内部外部流程或收购来确定扩展产品组合的机会。领导许可协议、并购、收购和其他商业交易的谈判。评估潜在交易的财务可行性，包括成本效益分析、收入预测和风险评估;
- 与达成交易的制药公司建立和管理伙伴关系、战略协作和强化许可协议。协助开发和实施培训，及时汇报和管控联盟进展，包括行动计划。管理和维护联盟，包括监管、运营、联盟活动和适当的沟通;
- 与跨部门和跨区域团队紧密合作，包括早研，临床，集团财务等部门，并于研发部门紧密合作, 通过实际BD工作设立和推动合作伙伴和外部创新战略。
Requirements
- 8年以上生物技术/制药行业工作经验，在临床前开发或者临床开发方面有丰富经验者优先;
- 硕士及以上学历，如生命科学、生物工程、化学专业博士学位或临床医学等专业;
- 具备较强的领导能力、团队合作精神和执行力;以结果为导向，善于创造性地解决问题;
- 对中国医药行业和跨国文化有深刻的理解。
