We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Food Supplements or Nutrition industries. You will manage your own pipeline, close contracts, and represent EYOSON at international trade shows.

 

Responsibilities

  • Zero-to-One Expansion: Lead B2B market entry for Hong Kong and international regions; proactively acquire enterprise accounts in Pharmaceuticals, Health Brands, and Beauty Groups.
  • OMO Lead Generation: Build and maintain pipeline using Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) strategies, B2B platforms, and Professional networks.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end process for Private Label (OEM/ODM) manufacturing and Raw Material supply contracts.
  • Technical Value Translation: Translate the Group’s core research in Synthetic Biology and Microecology into high-impact commercial proposals to solve global formulation needs.
  • International Representation:  Represent the Group at global trade exhibitions, support managers in negotiations and international partnership development.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Raw Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Medical sales or private sectors are highly preferred 
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in new business development (Hunting) and acquiring enterprise-level clients through digital sourcing and traditional outreach.
  • Education: Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related Science discipline is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent English mandatory; Cantonese/Mandarin valued.
  • Mindset: A results-oriented, self-motivated "Hunter" personality with the grit to open new global markets independently.
