• Conduct in-depth industry research, trend analysis, and market assessment within the innovative drug sector.
• Screen, and perform preliminary due diligence on potential investment targets, including evaluation of scientific merit, clinical data, competitive landscape, and team background.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and research reports to support investment decision-making.
• Assist in deal execution, including structuring, term negotiation, and post-investment portfolio support.
• Attend industry conferences, conduct expert interviews, and engage with key opinion leaders to expand professional networks and gather market insights.
• Support portfolio company monitoring and performance tracking.
• Assist in internal operations, including database maintenance and preparation of fund reporting materials. 

• Master’s degree or above in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, pharmaceutical, medicine, or related science background. Top tier school would be preferred.
• 1–2 years of life science field experience in investment, BD, strategy, medical, market study, or other function in pharmaceutical companies.
• Profound logical thinking ability, excellent analytical skill and business acumen.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Passionate on life science investment, and with fast-learning agility.
• Proactive, highly responsible, solid in execution, and collaborative in a team-oriented environment.
