• Prepare in-depth competitive landscape analyses in innovative therapeutics or high-priory technical areas
• Prepare in-depth reviews of disease biology, pharmacology, standard of care, and unmet need in key areas
• Support the initial screening and evaluation of investment opportunities, through specific business, technical and financial analysis
• For identified opportunities advanced to formal due diligence, collaborate with the investment team and assist in diligence data review, diligence team debriefs, and preparation of investment memos

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree, M.D/Ph.D. or MBA program in life sciences (such as Pharmacy, Biology, Medical, etc.) with an undergraduate degree in life sciences or business
•  Internship experience in life sciences industry preferred
• Proven analytical skills and quick learning capabilities for technology/product assessment and reporting
• Passion for healthcare investment industry along with curiosity about biotech and innovative drug development
• Collaboration with US and China team, with fluency in English as a working language
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

Commitment
Full-time on-site work (5 days/week) during summer holiday, 2 months is minimum. Longer-term availability preferred.
