Description
The Associate(Researcher) role will be responsible for researching, name generation, initial outreach, screening, presenting candidates, creating client reports and working with clients in conjunction with Partners. Projects will be assigned based on complexity and geographical scope and may at times require collaboration and partnering with other offices across the region or globally. To support the continued growth of the business, we are seeking talented and energetic individuals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Work with Partners to fully understand client requirements to deliver on-target candidatesweekly.
- Responsible for creating target list independently, company mapping and candidate namegeneration, as well as outreach to candidates.
- Adopt primary and secondary area of expertise and contribute in some form or capacity todevelopment of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of prior recruitment experience (either from recruitment agency background or in-house Talent Acquisition function)
- Competent communications skills (Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese aredesired for smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders/candidates).
- Strong problem-solving skills .
