Responsibilities
- Participate in formulating the company’s overall strategy and annual business plan, responsible for establishing and optimizing the end‑to‑end operation system from R&D to production.
- Oversee product line planning and technology roadmap development in the POCT field, based on an R&D or production background, deeply engage in the entire process of product development, process scale‑up, performance verification, and post‑market improvements to ensure technical leadership and product competitiveness.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, regulatory and policy changes, and the competitive landscape in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) sector, provide key input for product positioning, market strategies, and investment/financing decisions, assist in connecting with external cooperation resources.
Requirements
- Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiar with medical device/IVD‑related regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP) and possess practical experience in system building, supply chain management, cost control, and team management.
- 10+ years of work experience in the IVD industry, with at least 5 years in R&D, production, or operations management in the POCT field, and experience in full‑cycle management of a complete product line from R&D to market launch.
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess a valid Hong Kong work visa.
