Description
Hong Kong Life Sciences Society aims to nurture a vibrant community where life sciences students, researchers and entrepreneurs are well-connected with different opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Officer – Marketing and Events to join our team. In this role, you will help foster connections and deliver impactful initiates.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute various programs and events, including promotion, enrolment, venue and logistics arrangements
Manage and monitor digital marketing platforms, includes creating social media content
Prepare and develop marketing materials
Provide administrative support, such as database management and handling applications and enquiries
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event management, Business, Language Studies, or a related field; familiarity with digital marketing or event management is a plus
At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to ad-hoc changes
