To support our strategic expansion in Hong Kong and International markets, we are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager with exceptional Hunting and Business Development capabilities across Online-Merge-Offline, and Private Traffic platforms.
Responsibilities
【Key Responsibilities】
Lead the "Zero-to-One" B2B market expansion in Hong Kong and International regions; proactively identify and acquire new corporate accounts (Pharmaceuticals, Health Brands, and Beauty Groups).
Establish and manage a robust lead generation system using Online B2B platforms and Private Traffic networks (LinkedIn/Professional Communities) to ensure a high-value pipeline.
Drive the full sales cycle for Private Label (OEM/ODM) manufacturing and Raw Material supply contracts, from initial technical proposal to final contract closing.
Translate the Group’s core biotech research (Micro-ecology, Synthetic Biology) into high-impact commercial proposals to solve global clients' formulation needs.
Represent the Group as a key lead at international trade exhibitions, managing high-level business negotiations and international partnership development.
Requirements
【Requirements】
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience in Raw Materials, Health Supplements (Nutraceuticals), or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Exceptional track record in New Business Development; proven ability to acquire enterprise clients through digital sourcing, private networks, and traditional outreach.
Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or related Science disciplines is highly preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for internal communication with HQ.
Result-oriented, self-motivated "Hunter" personality with the ability to work independently to open new global markets.
【Remuneration & Benefits】
Basic Salary (HK$20,000 - $25,000) + High Sales Commission.
5-Day Work Week, Bank Holidays.
Paid Annual Leave, Group Medical Insurance, and travel allowance for overseas exhibitions.
