Then, you might be the partner we are looking for.

• As the leader of a reagent development project, drive the R&D activities with defined goals and timeline, identify and resolve experimental issues based on professional knowledge and literature research.
• As the leader of a reagent development team for this project, mentor the progress of the team.
• Collaborate with the bioinformatics team to interpret experimental results and validate experimental design.
• Work closely with other teams, including instrumentation, production, quality, and marketing to achieve product translation.
• Complete other tasks as required by the team.

• Ph.D. degree in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, immunology, clinical, or a related field
• Solid background in molecular biology and experimental skills- R&D experience in industry is preferred
• Experience in droplet microfluidics, digital PCR, next-gen sequencing, or qPCR reagent development is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills- Strong teamwork abilities
