We are seeking a motivated and agile Program Manager to join our portfolio support team. • Project Management: Oversee and track multiple biotech acceleration projects.
• Regulatory Affairs Support: Assist clients in navigating local regulatory pathways and clinical trial planning.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide tailored guidance to clients on business strategy, market entry, funding opportunities, and operational scaling to accelerate their growth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners; conduct regular check-ins and reporting to maintain project momentum.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a biology-related field (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in regulatory affairs within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of biotech ecosystems, including regulatory frameworks and strategic business principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset.
