職責
- Working closely with Medicinal Chemistry/Biologics Discovery/in vitro Pharmacology teams developing in vivo models to test the activity of test articles and perform in-depth characterization of mechanism studies in these models;
- Collaborate with the broader scientific teams to design and execution vivoPoC experiments aiming at defining the mechanism(s) of action of test articles;
- Perform in-depth literature search, design/execute immunology in vivo models exploring the PD of test articles supporting differentiation points identification/ indication expansion;
- Serve as representative of immunology in vivo team in the project team responsible for addressing technique issues/giving suggestions to support achieving key milestones;
- Responsible for experiment tissue collection/biomarker assessment/data analysis/experiment report drafting/IND submission material drafting;
- Support new target evaluation, MoA analysis and proposal preparation.
入職條件
- Master or PhD degree in the field of immunology, immuno-oncology, pharmacology or veterinary medicine with at least three years (for PhD level candidates) or six years (for Master level candidates) of working experience in industry settings (TopCROs/Pharma/Bio-Pharma/Biotech).
- Strong publication/patent track records are preferred.
- Experience in independently leading immunology & inflammation in vivo projects to PCC/IND milestones are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in vivo animal models of inflammatory/autoimmune diseases or Immuno-oncology, proficient in routine animal experiment/handlings kills.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in exvivoimmunology/molecular assays/techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA,MSD, Luminex, CBA, western blot, IHC/IF, qPCRetc.
- Experience in sequencing(DNA/RNA)or proteomics data analysis or mathematic/computational modeling is a plus.
- Strong ability in literature/patent search, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Good verbal/reading/writing skills in English as proved by CET6/IELTS/TOEFL/GRE scores.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers across multiple functions.
