Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Support environmental projects by conducting laboratory analysis,equipment calibration/ maintenance, field measurements and sample collection
  • Conduct research and development works and new testing method development
  • Support corporate communication assignments including prepare presentation materials and deliver speech
  • Support corporate safety and housekeeping assignments
  • Provide effective customer and administrative support
  • Prepare, review and revise SOPs and work instructions

Requirements

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Diploma or higher in Analytical Chemistry or other related disciplines
  • 2 years experience on LC-MSMS, LC-TOF-MS, GC-MS and GC-MSMS
  • Certified Testing Technician (CTT) of HKTIC preferred

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
