Responsibilities
- 负责创新药临床前项目管理工作，对药物研发过程进行有效的监督、跟进和协调；
- 建立、实施和维护公司的项目管理相关业务流程；
- 负责横向部门的沟通、协作，及时沟通解决项目中出现的问题，保证研发项目的进度和质量；
- 完成项目管理办公室其它日常工作。
Requirements
- 药理毒理或生物学等相关专业毕业；
- 博士5年以上，有4年以上创新药临床前项目管理经验；有海外教育背景或工作经验；
- 熟知FDA，NMPA及欧盟等新药申报中对临床前研发的相关法规要求，有项目FDA/NMPA IND申报经验，熟悉申报资料要求；
- 优秀的表达能力，良好的沟通能力、执行能力和良好的团队合作精神；
- 精通英语，能熟练的使用中英文表达；
- 具有创新药国内外NDA、IND申报经验者优先。
