Job Details
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operation of the laboratory, including the experiment related biosafety, water, electricity, fire and gas (such as CO2, N2, compressed air). Manage laboratory waste gas, waste water, solid waste and garbage discharge reasonable; Manage pathology laboratory, molecular laboratory, open laboratory, cell room and cell bank.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and purchase regular reagents and consumables, including regular reagents and consumables database management, ledger establishment, etc.
- Establish laboratory operation system well.
- Work with related departments, such as EHS, procurement, finance, legal affairs, government departments, etc
- Other management work related to laboratory operation arranged by the leader.
Requirements
- Master degree or above, major in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or other related fields.
- 3 years or above experience in laboratory management, experience in laboratory construction is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in Office software.
