Responsibilities
- 主导靶点/机制的调研，提出全球首创或有差异化的同类最优的立项方向；
- 主导BD和协同创新项目的评估和讨论；
- 主持预研，能够提出预研问题并设计试验以验证问题；
- 参与项目，能够涉及PD方案，并完成试验；
- 指导14-15级应届硕士同事学习实验技能并完成试验。
Requirements
- 学历要求：博士及以上学历；
- 专业要求：药理学、生物化学、分子生物学、药学、基础医学或相关专业，课题方向涉及神经领域；
- 逻辑清晰，好的表达能力，课题研究完整系统，有制药公司有过PK-PD研究及临床前开发经历；
- 有良好的英语听说读写能力，可熟悉英语对外交流。
