Job Details
Responsibilities
- 负责非肿瘤项目 疾病模型构建，参与设计并执行实验对双靶/多靶点药物联用增效体内概念验证，探索受试分子在临床前模型上PD和疗效的差异化优势；
- 负责PD实验及药效学实验动物组织采集，Biomarker检测，实验数据分析，实验报告，新药申报IND及专利药理药效学材料撰写；
- 协助直线主管进行项目评估，靶点调研。
Requirements
- 学历要求：博士及以上学历；
- 专业要求：免疫学、药理学等相关专业，有免疫学背景的优先；
- 工作技能：具备基因蛋白组织水平生物样本分析能力，qPCR，ELISA,WB,FACS, IHC、IF等；
- 软性素质：能独立进行文献调研、专利检索，有较强的问题分析与解决能力；
- 其他要求：有较强的团队协作意识、沟通能力
