Job Details
Responsibilities
- 负责原料药的工艺开发、中试放大、技术转移等CMC相关内容；
- 独立查找文献，能够对合成路线提出改进思路，解决疑难问题，完成预期工作目标；
- 负责项目合成部分申报资料的撰写；
- 按要求清晰、完整地完成化合物合成实验记录和实验报告书，及时完成分配任务以及目标化合物的交付；
- 参与完成项目研发全流程，新药临产前，协助工厂完成现场核查等工作；
- 遵循化学合成实验室规章制度和EHS要求，确保实验安全；
- 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements
- 有机化学、药物化学等相关专业的博士，应届生或1-2年工作经验；
- 具有良好的有机化学专业理论知识，熟悉各种有机合成单元反应类型，具备熟练的有机合成操作技能；
- 具备良好的动手能力和问题分析、解决能力；工作严谨认真，责任心强，面对困难和挑战能够主动作为，并具有良好的沟通协作能力和团队精神 ；
- 具备良好的英文写作能力，口语流利者更佳。
