- 实施医学培训，提升团队专业素养。
- 确保合规运营，保护客户信息与公司利益。
Requirements
- 全日制硕士及以上学历，临床医学、基础医学、药学等相关专业，精通医药专业知识及最新进展。
- 1年以上医药行业医学经验，有临床、上市或项目管理经验者优先。
- 跨部门协作与文献处理能力强(尤其是英文文献)，熟悉IIT研究开展流程。
