Responsibilities
- KOL互动与管理: 区域关键KOL发展及学术性维护 ，对KOL进行分层并制定沟通计划 ，通过提供最新医学信息主动开发并维护与关键 KOL的良好合作，通过与 KOL 的学术性互动，介绍产品医学优势，以改善临床观念和实践，以使病人获益；
- 医学需求的探索: 向区域客户准确及时地传递产品及相关治疗领域的医学信息(含与药物安全相关信息)，收集并解答外部客户在临床实践中未满足的医学需求和面临的问题；
- 区域医学项目管理：统筹安排产品上市后的区域内医学研究合作项目，根据医学需求的探索，评估、发起（包括制定撰写临床试验方案、研究者手册、知情同意书、研究病历、CRF等）、组织、协调、推进、总结转化相关医学学术项目；
- 学术活动医学支持: 组织或协助参与区域医学教育活动和培训，包括顾问委员会、专家讨论会、学术会议以及其他医学教育活动；
- 内部区域医学支持: 向区域市场和销售人员及时传递产品相关最新医学信息并解答市场销售人员对于产品的问题，在培训和医学信息方面为市场/销售以及相关部门提供医学支持。
Requirements
- 临床医学相关专业，硕士以上学历为佳；
- 良好的英语读写能力；
- 优秀的分析处理问题能力、沟通技巧与人际协调能力、团队协作能力、应变能力；
- 能够积极承受工作压力，接受一定的出差。
