Responsibilities
- 建立区域KOL库：覆盖产品领域，制定合理的区域专家管理计划。
- 开展区域科研/项目，支持全国性科研/项目开展。
- 定期对销售和区域市场团队进行学术培训：新数据、新资讯分享和解读；疾病和 产品知识解读；全国培训后的区域跟进研讨会。
- 打造区域特色学术会议和活动，提供医学支持，支撑营销目标。
Requirements
- 全日制硕士及以上学历，临床医学、基础医学、药学等相关专业。
- 三年以上医药行业医学经验，有临床、新产品上市或项目管理经验者优先。
