Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist (Accounting) to join our team. This role focuses on core accounting functions while providing exposure to broader financial planning and corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and payments.
- Assist in tax filings, regulatory compliance, and preparation of financial statements.
- Support budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Clinical teams on financial matters and reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc finance projects, audits, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business operations.
