Responsibilities
The appointee will assist the Executive Director and provide administrative support to the Centre and its research projects, including HR, accounting and general office administration. He/she will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders including academic partners, government departments and industry collaborators; prepare documents such as project plans, reports and budgets, meeting documents, and procurement documents, etc.; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, be a good team player with the ability to handle multi-tasks, be attentive to details and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
