Responsibilities
- 负责开发自有专利tLNP平台，适用于癌症疫苗和体内CAR治疗
- 负责脂质合成与抗体偶联工艺和流程的开发
- 与LNP制剂处方负责团队合作，提出最适合不同临床要求的（cancer vaccine和in vivo CAR）LNP配方与生产工艺
- 小试样品提供、放大工艺开发、中试样品提供、技术转移到临床批次生产单位
- 协同注册团队，生成M2/M3数据包，支持IND申报
Requirements
- PhD, >5年RNA递送相关脂质纳米颗粒（LNP）系统的实际工作经验。负责过mRNA vaccine 或者 in vivo CAR项目
- 扎实的脂质合成与修饰经验，熟悉多种脂质类别（如离子脂质、聚合脂质、PEG化脂质等）
- 熟练掌握脂质结构设计与构效关系研究
- 熟悉脂质与抗体、蛋白类分子的偶联策略与工艺
- 新脂质相关CMC生产工艺开发优化、技术转移与IND申报经验
