Responsibilities
- 带领团队，在早研mRNA製劑负责人管理下设计、优化并生产各种由不同lipid和mRNA载荷组成的LNP制剂
- 检测各个关键LNP制剂的关键参数，以提供可重复且有效的LNP。支持临床应用研究（cancer vaccine, in vivo CAR）
Requirements
- 生物工程、化学工程、生物化学、有机化学或相关领域的PhD学位 或者MS学位并有>3年的相关经验
- 具有RNA递送相关脂质纳米颗粒（LNP）系统的实际工作经验。负责过mRNA vaccine 或者 in vivo CAR项目的优先考虑
