Responsibilities
- 在中央市场部整体市场策略的指导下，组织区域市场调研，综合分析所负责产品的市场表现、竞品情况和市场需求等，制定与产品相匹配的产品上市和推广计划，并组织实施；
- 根据产品推广策略，负责为销售人员提供专业的推广资源、学术支持和产品培训；
- 参与策划、制定公司产品品牌策略并使之有效执行，支持业务发展；
- 负责组织各类国内外和区域性的市场推广活动；
- 制定年度市场活动预算，并负责实施监控，组织做好每场活动的决算工作；
- 与平行业务团队保持良好的沟通。
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历；
- 医药学等相关专业；
- 具有5年以上特药销售经验，或1年以上处方药中央市场或学术推广经验。
