Responsibilities
- 根据公司市场推广和销售策略，制定所负责区域/分管产品线的市场营销计划；
- 团队人员管理，包括人才引进和保留、人才培养、团队建设等；
- 重点客户关系管理；
- 有效配置和整合各项资源，管理区域费用。
Requirements
- 医药相关专业背景，（学历要求，可补充：本科/大专及以上学历）；
- 有3年及以上临床销售经验或1年以上的区域医院销售管理经验；
- 良好的沟通协调能力和领导力，执行力强，团队协作佳；
- 良好的市场分析能力，能适应一定强度的出差。
