Job Details

Responsibilities

  1. 负责关键客户的维护和服务,通过有效拜访关键客户,收集信息,跟进进度,协调业务线和公司内外部资源; 
  2. 负责医院准入客户档案的建立,并进行分级,跟进客户转化工作,代表公司与准入客户建立长期的合作关系; 
  3. 通过和医院、区域的沟通做好所负责医院风险事件预防工作; 
  4. 在分公司的指导管理下,结合医院情况及公司情况制定省区内战略医院客户管理计划,实现“一院一策”; 
  5. 时与商务/销售等跨部门同事沟通协作,主导战略医院准入及合理用药工作;协助政府事务、商务同事在NRDL、PRDL等工作的开展; 
  6. 组织和实施各种推广活动,并管控成本,合理控制费用投入产出。

Requirements

  1. 医学、药学、市场营销、工商管理类相关专业; 
  2. 5年以上销售经验,2年及以上大客户管理经验,医药外企KA经验,或内资丰富的大客户管理经验; 
  3. 具备敏锐市场洞察力,挖掘市场潜力与机会; 
  4. 具备较强的谈判能力,能够在工作中与客户建立信任,引导客户需求,具备较强执行力,团队协作能力;
  5.  对区域政策有深刻的理解与研究。
